Potting requires a few supplies...
- A mesh planting tarp (imperatively filtering)
- Pebbles, stones, or preferably pumice (volcanic rock)
- A soil mix of compost, soil, and sand
Laying the tarp:
- Lay a first piece of tarp that rests on the bottom and rises along the two opposite walls up to about 10 cm from the edge of the panels.
- Lay a second piece of tarp crossing the first.
- Fill with pebbles or pumice up to about 10 cm.
- Lay a piece of tarp covering just the bottom to prevent contact between the soil and the stones.
- Finally, add a first layer of soil mix.
- Proceed with potting the tree, keeping it upright and centered in the box.
- Place the four panels.
- Finish by filling the empty space with soil mix.

Soil Mix:
Ideal proportions (can be safely adapted):
- 1/3 loamy soil
- 1/3 washed river or quarry sand
- 1/3 “citrus-special” compost
Water generously.
